Hello,
Oh no I keep forgetting to post. Sorry I forgot to post the past couple days. Well right now I am up at my cabin with my grand parent's and they live on a lake in eagle river it's beautiful. It is on twin lakes I believe and it's nice here when it's warm because I can go swimming and swimming is really good for my joint because they are moving around.
Today I feel: In the morning there was like NO stiffness it was weird right now they are really good I can't bend them still but they are doing really good and you can see the bone better in my knee like the shape of my knee.
