oops sorry I forgot to doing it yesterday but that's Ok. Thank you ALL for following I fixed the comment box now so it will work if you have any question's. Today I have a half day of school and this was the end of school!!!!! After school I went around walking and shopping so my joint got loosened up but it is cold today so the weather didn't help very well.
I have been feeling A LOT better!! I hope all this information is helping you if you have arthritis.
Today I feel: really good actually today but it's cold outside so it's not the best I still can't bend my knee but they still feel better!!
